fantastic

these glasses are fab, i have so many compliments on them i have the blue ones and am now purchaseing a yellow pair. These glasses actually glow in the dark lol

Impressive service for second order too.

Quality, value & style of these frames is brilliant. This is the second pair I've ordered from this site and although delivery took a little longer this time I still think 11 days from Hong Kong is impressive. My only criticism is that I think the packaging should be more robust. My glasses have always arrived in perfect condition but I can easily imagine how such flimsy packaging could be damaged and consequently the glasses too.

Delivery Details

Stage 1 - Making your glasses
Prescription glasses generally take between 7 to 10 working days to be completed from the point of being processed to being prepared for shipping. Glasses with more complex prescriptions may take longer due to specialised glazing techniques required. Our customer service team will advise you of any significant delays to your order via email and through the My Orders area in your account.


Stage 2 - Sending your glasses
All designer products are shipped from the UK.  Once your glasses are ready for shipping they will normally take between 1 to 3 working days* to get to you.


Budget (non-designer) items are shipped from our Hong Kong Laboratories. Once your glasses are ready for shipping they will normally take around 7 working days* to get to you.
