Stage 1 - Making your glasses
Prescription glasses generally take between 7 to 10 working days to be completed from the point of being processed to being prepared for shipping. Glasses with more complex prescriptions may take longer due to specialised glazing techniques required. All designer products are shipped from the UK.  Once your glasses are ready for shipping they will normally take between 1 to 3 working days* to get to you.

Budget (non-designer) items are shipped from our Hong Kong Laboratories. Once your glasses are ready for shipping they will normally take around 7 working days* to get to you.
