Glasses with more complex prescriptions may take longer due to specialised glazing techniques required. Stage 2 - Sending your glasses
All designer products are shipped from the UK.  Once your glasses are ready for shipping they will normally take between 1 to 3 working days* to get to you.

Budget (non-designer) items are shipped from our Hong Kong Laboratories. Once your glasses are ready for shipping they will normally take around 7 working days* to get to you.
