A great purchase
The glasses are of the highest quality and cannot fault them in any way. I would purcahse these again. They are also highly fashionable!

Good service eventualy
I like your service generally it is easy to use and efficient
Now for the bad news:
I loaded my prescription as a PDF, my order when on hold due to a lack of a prescription, irritating but not a disaster.
I did not find this out until I checked to see where my order was on your system (OK there is a possibility that I made a mistake with my E-mail address "unlikely") this could have been a disaster.
I then noticed that you put my order back on hold (again after visiting your web site)wanting me to approve payment again. Please tell me that you haven't billed me twice for these glasses?
When I received my glasses I found that the lenses have a brown tint; I am fairly sure that I ordered a green tint. Fortunately I like the brown tint but would have preferred the Green as ordered.
I will use you again, your value for money is good as long as I am prepared to take a few small risks; which my high street optician would completely remove for me.

Stage 1 - Making your glasses
Prescription glasses generally take between 7 to 10 working days to be completed from the point of being processed to being prepared for shipping. Glasses with more complex prescriptions may take longer due to specialised glazing techniques required. Our customer service team will advise you of any significant delays to your order via email and through the My Orders area in your account.
Stage 2 - Sending your glasses
All designer products are shipped from the UK. Once your glasses are ready for shipping they will normally take between 1 to 3 working days* to get to you.
Budget (non-designer) items are shipped from our Hong Kong Laboratories. Once your glasses are ready for shipping they will normally take around 7 working days* to get to you.
*Delivery times may vary based on the country of residence of the customer. See Production and Delivery Timescales for further information. Delivery from only $4.00 per order to anywhere in the world!
