    Really great frames in Wayfarer style. Perfect Varifocal true to Prescription. These are second pair with XTRActive transitions, worth every penny extra for the quick light to dark, especially behind car windscreen.

    I selected these based on previous Oakley and Rayban sunglasses, and is my 5th pair from Selectspecs - I bought sunglasses and readers to, although the latter were useful because I forgot to put the astigmatism correction on them! I have varifocal and the transition is a little higher than my previous glasses but you do adjust to it after a few days. The case is a bit bulky but I use my old Oakley one. Selectspecs are brilliant value but no good if you're in a rush. I just hope they don't get bought by a high street supplier and the prices go up!

    The paint/colour on the arms of these have all started to fade and come off

    Initially I was really happy with these glasses, the fit etc. was perfect. i don't wear them every day so surprised to see how much they have faded as per the pictures

    Hi, this is likely due to being left in sunlight for long periods of time, this can affect the colouring and paint on a frame.
