I like this way of buying glasses so much I've now ordered a second pair !
The amazing range of frames and ridiculously low prices makes me wonder why I didn't buy my glasses online before. I'm impressed by the ease of using the site. I have been very happy with every aspect of placing my first order and how soon they arrived from Hong Kong. These Savannah frames are lovely; stylish, lightweight and great value for money. I can't wait for my next pair to arrive :0)
Stage 1 - Making your glasses
Prescription glasses generally take between 7 to 10 working days to be completed from the point of being processed to being prepared for shipping. Glasses with more complex prescriptions may take longer due to specialised glazing techniques required. Our customer service team will advise you of any significant delays to your order via email and through the My Orders area in your account.
Stage 2 - Sending your glasses
All designer products are shipped from the UK. Once your glasses are ready for shipping they will normally take between 1 to 3 working days* to get to you.
Budget (non-designer) items are shipped from our Hong Kong Laboratories. Once your glasses are ready for shipping they will normally take around 7 working days* to get to you.
*Delivery times may vary based on the country of residence of the customer. See Production and Delivery Timescales for further information. Delivery from only $4.00 per order to anywhere in the world!
