The specs are good value but the frame arms are niot flexible enough and become slack very easily otherwise a great affordable product

The specs are finbe but the frame arms are not sprung aso go slack within a few days and will not tighten up again

Delivery Details

Stage 1 - Making your glasses
Prescription glasses generally take between 7 to 10 working days to be completed from the point of being processed to being prepared for shipping. Glasses with more complex prescriptions may take longer due to specialised glazing techniques required. Our customer service team will advise you of any significant delays to your order via email and through the My Orders area in your account.


Stage 2 - Sending your glasses
All designer products are shipped from the UK.  Once your glasses are ready for shipping they will normally take between 1 to 3 working days* to get to you.


Budget (non-designer) items are shipped from our Hong Kong Laboratories. Once your glasses are ready for shipping they will normally take around 7 working days* to get to you.
