Hopeless

The varifocals I bought were spot on. The frames were not. They broke in two within two weeks of purchase for no obvious reason. They had not been subjected to any unreasonable or stressful use but just fell apart in my hands as I put them on one morning. I would not buy these frames again and would probably look at a higher grade quality in the hope this would not happen again.

All Selectspecs customers are stupid

Got my glasses made to an incorrect prescription, Helen Z from SelectSpecs says I'm stupid even she hasn't seen the glasses.

SelectSpecs.com says: Sorry to hear this. Checking our records we did not say you were "stupid". We make all glasses to the prescriptions we're given and your glasses should include an ADD value, without seeing the glasses we cannot check for sure that they do not include an ADD.

Good value Specs for sunny weather

I'm really happy with these glasses. The reaction on the lenses is superb and the best I've had from any optician. The frame isn't the strongest but I only paid £40 for these specs which in my book is a bargain.

Excellent value and service

Very pleased with my glasses. I had a pair of prescription light reactor glasses, which arrived within specified time and were spot on. No complaints.

The glasses are very good, very well made and excellent value for money.

The only hicup with my purchase is that they are a little tight fitting and has made the point just above my ear quite sore. but i have now purchased a second pair different design and now use the ones i purchased as a spare.
