Our Company
We are one of the UK's leading online optical retailers supplying over 100,000 items a year to customers around the globe. From our offices in Kent we have been trading since 2004 and are one of the original online glasses retailers. We are extremely proud to claim that we sell the lowest priced prescription glasses anywhere in the world. We are also the only retailer to include scratch resistant, anti-reflection and UV coatings on all our glasses as standard at no extra charge. These unique offerings have helped us to acquire a significant share of the market.
A few years ago we became aware that prescription glasses bought on the high street had become expensive - sometimes prohibitively so. Glasses are hardly a luxury item, so why should they cost luxury prices? We knew that quality glasses could be sold for affordable prices so we set up the company to fill a clear gap in the market. Our success since then proves just how big this gap was.
Our Products
All our products, both prescription glasses and designer sunglasses, are all premium quality and the genuine article. We never compromise quality for cost, despite our low prices.
All lenses come with the internationally recognised CE mark of quality and all frames are strong and durable with fitting carried out by highly qualified staff with many years experience.
We are authorised re-sellers for brands from over 100 leading designer labels, including Oakley, Ray-Ban, Tom Ford and Gucci to name just a few, and all come with the manufacturer's guarantee and branded case. Our range of designer sunglasses is the largest of any online retailer and is continually added to as new designs become available.
As well as designer prescription frames we also sell our own range from as little as £5. All our frames, including the £5 range, are of equal or better quality than anything to be found from a high street optician.
We offer an extensive range of top quality standard and advanced prescription lenses, all made to order by optical professionals at our labs. Our aim is to supply glasses not only for those with lower prescriptions, but also the higher ranges that are normally extremely expensive. If your requirement falls outside the range on our website please contact us by email and we will do our best to offer you an individual quote.

Our Service
We are dedicated to bringing prescription glasses and designer sunglasses to the public at an affordable price, but we are not just in the business of selling glasses. We care about our clients and strive to maintain an excellent level of communication and service with all our customers.
Even though we are an online company, we are real people and are contactable by email. We always respond to questions and queries and welcome all customer feedback.
All incoming orders for prescription glasses are checked so that we can advise you promptly if there are any obvious discrepancies in your prescription. All outgoing prescription glasses are thoroughly checked prior to shipping by our quality control staff to ensure they have been made to the required prescription and that you receive only the highest quality finished article.
Unfortunately, there is an enormous amount of counterfeit eyewear in circulation and it can sometimes be impossible to spot a fake. Because we are authorised by the brand houses directly to sell their products, our customers can be 100% sure that they are buying an authentic item. We are extremely confident of our products but should we make any error in manufacture we will replace the item or remedy the error, completely free of charge.
