Hi,
I have recently ordered a new pair of rimless glasses and you told me yesterday that they are on their way to me.
However, I would probably have bought a spare pair of SV distance glasses for emergency use following your offer but my prescription excludes me.
I know nothing is fair but do you not think it would be reasonable to make those who are outside your basic prescription, some sort of special alternative offer. After all, it is those of use with poor prescriptions whose eyes are worse and need more help! Also, the cost of our glasses is usually more through having to purchase the thinnest lenses.

Thanks for your comments. I can understand your thoughts entirely but unfortunately we already pride ourselves at offering our products at the lowest possible prices, you will find that we are able to beat many of our competitors in prices especially when you consider that we include UV protection, Anti-Reflection and Scratch Resistant coatings as standard. If we’re able to offer our products for a lower price at any point we usually update our prices to reflect this, especially on the thinner lenses such as 1.74’s.

i would like to ask if i buy one glasse between 70£-100£ , can i get another pair free.also if i buy one ang get another one free, can get the first one for women and the second one for men .

Unfortunately we do not feel the need to do any ‘Buy one, Get one Free’ style offers at this time as our prices are low enough already especially when you consider you can buy 2 pairs of glasses for £10 (or 2 from our budget range for less than £50) from our website, which is still less than what other high street or online optical retailers are able to offer in their BOGOF offers.
