David Starkey in Cool Glasses on Question Time

Any Question Time fans out there? David Starkey was present on last nights (1st March 2012) show rocking a cool pair of round style specs similar in style to the Persol PO3002V frames (below).  While many may not agree with his open minded opinions, we do think this frame style suits him remarkably well and goes go to show that being in your 60's is no reason not to be adventurous with your choice of frame style.

Daniel Craig to wear Tom Ford Sunglasses in James Bond: Skyfall

Well well well, it's been officially confirmed that Daniel Craig will be wearing Tom Ford Sunglasses in the next installment of the James Bond franchise, Skyfall, to be released on the 26th October 2012 in UK cinemas.

When the Skyfall announcment was made on the 3rd November 2011 we did ponder whether Daniel Craig would be wearing Persol's or Tom Ford's, or something completely different (I think he would look marvellous in a pair of sparkly Chopards myself!). It looks like our ponderings were proved to...

Tom Cruise in Persol Sunglasses in MI4: Ghost Protocol

Further to our original blog post about Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible 4: Ghost Protocol, Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) is seen in the MI4 Trailer 2 wearing a pair of Persol Sunglasses.

While it is difficult to identify them from the very short sequence we see, they do look quite similar in style to the Persol PO2935S.

James Bond star Daniel Craig stars in Oscar Nominee David Fincher's remake of the Swedish film, The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo.

Jenson Button wears Persol PO2931S @ The British GP – Silverstone.

Celebrity Sunglasses #1: Tom Cruise (Knight & Day)

Tom Cruise, star of Top Gun and Mission Impossible, stars alongside Cameron Diaz in Knight & Day wears the Persol PO2931S Sunglasses for several scenes.

Tom Cruise also goes back to his Top Gun days and switches to an Aviator frame similar to the  Ray-Ban 3025 Aviator during a car chase scene.
