Website Update – NEW Customer Services System!
By James (SelectSpecs) - December 30, 2009Today, we have released a significant update to our website in the form of a new customer services system. This new tool will allow customers to get answers to any simple questions immediately without the need to contact us – the result of this means customers do not need to wait for up to 72 hours for a response from a customer services representative.
Customers can now contact us through the following link: Customer Services.

What is it…
This is the new way to contact SelectSpecs.com. Customers can find answers to their questions quickly and easily.
I need to query an order…
If you’ve ordered from SelectSpecs.com and you think something isn’t quite right, please contact us so we can help! In order to contact us please visit http://www.selectspecs.com/customer-services/ and login to our website (if you are not logged in already), once logged in you will see a list of orders you’ve placed, simply select the order you have a query about then choose the most relevant question that relates to your inquiry.

I have a general inquiry…
If you need to contact us regarding the availability of a frame, a problem with the website, or another general inquiry but you do not have an account with us, simply visit http://www.selectspecs.com/customer-services/ and ‘Contact us as a Guest’. From here select the most relevant category and question that suits your inquiry then, if we’re unable to answer your inquiry on screen, click ‘Contact Us’ (if available) to send us an email making sure you complete the required fields.

Figure 3 - For times when an answer may not be available on our website, simply complete the relevant form and submit. We aim to respond to your questions within 24-72 hours.
Hopefully, our new system will answer all your questions before you need to contact us, if not, you can send us an email through the appropriate channel most relevant to your inquiry.

I wish to ask a question that is not on your faq, I cannot find any button, icon or “contact us” to send a email would you please email me so I can reply.
