Jordan Spieth had a fight on his hands to keep Justin Rose from snatching away that famous green jacket yesterday over at Augusta. Despite the uphill battle putting even the likes of Rory McIlroy under the pressure and knocking him down to fourth, Justin landed a well deserved joint second place and was seen sporting his sponsor’s Adidas eyewear over most of the weekend.
Although it’s hard to tell exactly which sunglasses Justin Rose is wearing, our bet is on the a409 Swift Solo S edition by Adidas; a square frame for both men and ladies, the polarized lens are tinted slightly red with the classic Adidas logo on the arm. Adidas sunglasses pride themselves on four unique concepts: ultimate vision, optimum protection, customised fit and maximum durability – they certainly didn’t seem to knock Rose’s game.
Although he started off on shaky ground, we mean his form and not Augusta’s course, Saturday saw him putting a run of five birdies. Come Sunday, Englishman Rose managed to edge closer still to Spieth and closed the gap by three shots.
He was no sore loser though and congratulated the winner Jordan through his Instragram post, and couldn’t resist adding “I’ll take next year.”
