Versace sure know how to do sexy, especially when it comes to their advertising campaigns. For their spring/summer ’16 shoot, they got together some of the hottest models of the moment, including Gigi Hadid, Natasha Poly and Raquel Zimmerman, who were photographed sunning themselves in amazing animal-print outfits and sky-high heels in the Salt Flats of California. Meanwhile, models Nathaniel Visser, Benjamin Benedek, and Lukasz Grabowski starred in the menswear campaigns.
While the photos feature stunning outfits and beautiful bags, what really caught our attention here at SelectSpecs was the amazing sunglasses that the models are wearing. Versace eyewear is one of our favourite designer brands, and the latest collection is no different, featuring bold and contemporary style details and a luxe finish.

Gigi Hadid’s Mirrored Shades
Of all Versace’s spring/summer eyewear looks, this is the one that has our heart racing the most. How amazing does Gigi Hadid look in these cool mirrored glasses? The style that Gigi is sporting is the Versace VE2161.
One of the most anticipated designs from the SS16 collection, these sunglasses feature cut-out gradient lenses and silver logo detail at the side. They’re everything that Versace is known for – stand-out, sophisticated and super stylish. Plus, they come in four fabulous colours. Luckily, these statement shades are now available at SelectSpecs, so you can get your hands on them in time for spring.

The Versace menswear campaign also featured some pretty cool eyewear choices. Lukasz Grabowski in particular was photographed in this pair of dramatic and dark aviator-style frames with silver metal bridge detail, a style that’s sure to set trends in men’s eyewear.
Unfortunately the shades that Kukasz is wearing aren’t yet available at SelectSpecs, but if you can’t wait to get your hands on a pair of glasses from the Versace SS16 collection, we have an awesome alternative. The Versace VE4299 features a similarly-shaped lens in black with silver metal detail, for a sleek summertime look.
Versace Women’s Sunglasses
Finally, this trend-setting shot shows us exactly what we should be wearing for SS16, and apparently, that’s abstract animal print, sandals with socks and colourful shades. Look closely and you’ll see that Natasha Poly and Raquel Zimmerman are both wearing acid-bright eyewear in yellow and orange. Their sunglasses feature retro-shaped frames with dark lenses for a fashion-forward look that’s very wearable too.
