Great glasses, I did have issues with selectspecs service though.
Love the glasses, my issue is with the service I received - it took 3 months to get the glasses I ordered.
I ordered the glasses on 01 Jul 14, initially the delay was because the frames weren't in stock, I was notified of this after placing my order, rather than by browsing the website. Secondly when storing my prescription I couldn't input the right value (I require 16.5 for axis) you can't input a point value. I explained this in the notes and followed up with a phone call; however, when the glasses arrived (03 Sept 14) the axis was 165!
Now in fairness to selectspecs they did try to remediate the issue, 4 weeks later I received the correct prescription; however, I have still not received the extra £1.50 I spent on enhancing the returns postage (recommended by customer service) for insurance in case they were lost in the post!
Not sure I'll be ordering again...
