Ordering Prescription Glasses or Prescription Sunglasses through our website is very simple. Follow our steps below:-
Section 1 - Ordering Prescription Glasses
Section 2 - Ordering Prescription Sunglasses
Firstly, please read the Finding a Product section for more information about finding the product you are looking for.

The next stage is to choose how you wish to use your glasses through our new Virtual Dispenser system. Our clever system will guide you through the process of choosing the best lenses to suit your requirements.
Fashion / Non Prescription
If you do not have a prescription and would like frames simply for fashion use then we recommend choosing Frame Only (the manufacturers plastic demo lenses are included) or Plano / Fashion Lenses (we include a set of our lenses but without a prescription). With Plano / Fashion Lenses we will ask you which of our lenses you would like and without or without a tint option, do not worry as you will not need a prescription for plano lenses.
Single Vision Use
We offer 3 different single vision uses, these are Reading, Intermediate and Distance. These are for those that only require glasses for a single use, such as just using a computer or reading a book.
Bifocal or Varifocal Use
We offer 2 different multifocal lenses, these are Bifocal and Varifocal, with several different lens options available for each.
Now that you've chosen your glasses use you will need to enter you prescription. If you are having trouble deciphering your prescription then please see our "Help with your Glasses Prescription" guide.
Simple Prescriptions
This is for prescriptions for Single Vision lenses or prescriptions with an ADD value (for Bifocal or Varifocal uses).
Complex Prescriptions
This is for prescriptions with double or triple row values. Usually used for Bifoal or Varifocal uses.
Prisms
If your prescription features a prism value then you will need to select the Prism tick box and select the required values. There is an additional charge for those with a Prism.

Saved Prescriptions
You will also notice that we now store your prescription details for later use. If you've previously entered and saved a prescription then you can quickly load a prescription in to the prescription form. If you have never used our service before, your entered prescription will be saved in your account automatically upon order completion. You may save as many prescriptions as you want to, these can be managed from within your account.

Based on your entered prescription we will return you with a list of lenses that we think are most suitable for you with one option as a main recommendation based on your prescription values. Prices of lenses will also be tailored to your prescription.
Please note: If you choose to attach or send us a copy of your prescription instead of entering it into our system, we will be unable to make any recommendations until our optician has reviewed your order.

Our Virtual Dispenser will advise you if a lens is available as a tinted, photochromic, or polarised option, and at what price before you have even made your lens choice. Some lenses will only be availabe as a clear lens, for example, High Impact lenses.
Selecting a Tint Option
At the following stage you will be required to select a Tint Option. With tints you are required to select the value of tint required before you can continue. With Photochromic and Polarised options, there are no values to select, you simply click "Select".

If no tint option is required then simply select "Clear Lenses Only" (if available).
This stage is a overview of part of your order. From here you can check the coatings that are included, confirm your prescription and lens options are correct, and add any additional accessories to your order with a small discount. Once you are completely happy with this part of your order, click "Add to Basket".
Ordering Prescription Sunglasses is a similar process to ordering Prescription Glasses, simply find a pair of Designer Sunglasses that are suitable for prescription lenses (Identified by "RX Ready" - View all Prescription Sunglasses), then click on the "Buy as Prescription Sunglasses" button from within the product.

Then follow the steps as shown in Section 1 (above). If you wish to retain the sunglasses feature of this frame, you will need to select a tint, photochromic or polarised option.
