My prescription is very high (R -9.00 L -8.50) with an astigmatism and the cost quoted at local opticians was astronomical, which was before I even picked frames. I would also like to say that the high index 1.74 lenses are absolutely fantastic.

Is your free cleaning cloth with every pair of spectacles, microfibre?

I have just received my first pair of spectacles from you and are 110% delighted with them.

It's a real shame you are not excepting NHS vouchers at the moment, the only reason I purchased from you is that £15.75 for a pair of spectacles delivered with thin and antireflection lenses is cheaper than any other company with a NHS voucher.

Can I recommend that if your reason for not excepting the NHS voucher is down to your time and effort to process it. That you charge a higher price for your spectacles for NHS voucher users. I would have been very happy to swap my £35 NHS voucher for your £15.75 spectacles including delivery.

Your very detailed dimensions of your frames was crucial for me to get the perfect fitting frames from you. Can I recommend that you have a system where I can enter my frame dimension requirements and your website finds the spectacles that closely match them.

I was also impressed by the quality of the lenses, I often notice that plastic lenses come with deep (white) scratches from manufacture, but yours were scratch free.

For reference, I adjusted my metal frames my self, one shop showed me how, theirs no need to go in a shop, its very easy.

Just to let you know that I have now received my second pair of glasses from you, the last being my prescription sunglasses.

I am very pleased with the glasses themselves, always a chance when ordering blind (so to speak) only seeing the design on the web page, but they are lovely and exactly what I wanted.  The plus point is that the prescription lenses are also brilliant, so thank you so much.

As for my original pair of Versace prescription varifocal glasses, it has now been about 3-4 weeks since receiving them and my eyes have adjusted to them now and they are perfect, so again thank you so much.
