Single or Double Row Format?

Please have a look at your prescription, you will need to establish if your prescription has been written in Single Row Format or Double Row Format, please see the images below for an example.

If your prescription has a reading ADD you will need to select Single Row Format and proceed as normal.

If your prescription does not show a reading ADD and lists both Distance vision and Near vision separately on two rows, your prescription has been written in a Double Row Format. You should then enter all the details as you see them on your prescription and proceed as normal.

If you are unsure you can attach a copy of your prescription to your order, you may also fax or send this to us in the post.
