90% of our orders are usually completed and shipped within 7-10 working days. This includes both budget and designer orders with high index lenses and complex prescriptions, On rare occasions, your order may take slightly longer but we will advise you if any significant delays are likely.
We ship our prescription glasses and sunglasses globally with a standard shipping rate starting from only £5.95. We can also ship your order to you via courier for a little more (depending on country).
Most orders should arrive with customers within 7-10 working days from date of order completion and dispatch.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. Normally, customers should let us know within 7 days of receipt.
2. The returned glasses need to reach us within 7 days of receiving our return RMA form.
3. Include this returns authorisation form, RMA with your returns package
4. Returns must be in their original condition and with all accessories included in the package e.g. cases, cloths and original/demo lenses.
5. Returns for prescription items must be accompanied with a copy of the original prescription.
6. If we have made an error on the order, we will either A/ replace the frames and lenses or B/ offer a full refund.
7. If the error has been made by the customer, we will either A/ Refund for the frames only or B/ supply an Exchange. See Exchange policy below.

9. Items returned for a refund where Free lenses have been supplied will be subject to a £5.00* charge
10. Three or more items returned for a refund will incur a restocking fee of £5.00* per frame.
11. Postage costs are non refundable, unless an error has been made by us, where a maximum of £8.50* will be refunded or held as a credit in your account.
12. Returned items will usually be processed by our returns department within 3 days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage from the Post Office, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post.
1. We can offer one exchange per order. Subsequent returns would not be subject to a refund or exchange.
2. Any exchange for a different size, colour, model or prescription would be subject to an £8.50* administration fee per item.
3. Exchanges that have a greater value than the original order will be charged for the difference plus the admin fee.
4. Exchanges that have a lesser value than the original order will not be subject to a refund of the difference.
5. Postage costs are non refundable, unless an error has been made by us, where a maximum of £8.50* will be refunded or held as a credit in your account.
