Just wanted to say how pleased I am with my £5 glasses. After a lot of searching different companies, yours were not only the cheapest, but the ones I liked best. And they did not disappoint when they arrived: the colour is lovely, they fit me perfectly, and the prescription is just right. To top it off, they are scratch proof, UV resistant and thin. Amazing. I shall also be writing up your service in my blog very soon.

Well I must say I am very impressed. I ordered my spectacles on the 20th of July, got them today 3rd August, and two pairs only cost £13.50 including shipping all the way from Hong Kong. That\'s just amazing! They fit well and I can see perfectly. Thank you! I will be using you again and again and recommending you to all my friends. You see? Businesses that do well provide great customer service. Why can\'t other firms learn from your example?

I have purchased glasses on the internet before from a 'Not So Perfect Specs' retailer and was let down twice. It was a last chance with online ordering when I used your site and I have to say I'm very impressed.
Quality is great and a trouble free purchase.
I was a bit dubious about the waiting time for glasses to arrive from Hong Kong, but it was only a few days longer than UK post.
At the prices I paid, I'll order some more just to have a different look as and when I feel like.
Once again, many thanks - I'll be recommending you to my friends.

Quality of frames and lenses were excellent.

Unfortunately I had an incident with my glasses a few days after they arrived, but I feel very lucky that I bought them from selectspecs, as they repaired them free of charge.

The website made it easy to keep track of the repair process and the delivery was prompt.

Could not ask for better service.

I love my new glasses!!!! I wasn't sure about ordering online, but I am so glad I did. They are stylish and of excellent quality! It took about 20 days from the day I ordered until I received them and considering the same glasses at a retail store would have been 3 times the cost, it was well worth the wait!!!!

My new glasses have just arrived - 14 days from date of order! WOW!!!! I was a bit apprehensive about ordering online but will def do again in the future! I have saved roughly £200 on 2 equivalent pairs from a high street optician. My other half has now decided to get his eyes tested and order a new pair from yourselves. Expect more business!! I bought a budget pair of glasses and I was more than happy and can\'t believe how you can do it for that price.

The biggest complement has come from friends and co workers who have commented on my glasses and when I tell them how much they cost they\'ve all wanted the website. With glasses so cheap I can buy a few different styles rather than just the one.

I have used other websites to buy glasses before and your website offers a comprehensive ordering service that is easy to use.
