While I am content with the final product delivered, I must admit the I was not best impressed with the service at SelectSpecs. I had to return the original pair of glasses that I received as the lenses were not correctly centred. The second pair fit me very well.
It seemed that I would be reimbursed for the shipping cost to return the glasses in the event of a mistake on the part of SelectSpecs. However, nowhere was it stated that I must send in a receipt to prove the amount spent on shipping. Therefore, I was not reimbursed fully for my shipment. While the sum in shipping is small compared to the cost of the glasses, I was disappointed with the service on basis of the principle.

I ordered specs from selectspecs but they had just sold out of my size in that particular frame. I was offered as recompense an immediate refund and a small but welcome discount on any other frames(s) and/or glazing I wished to choose.
I eventually chose frames in the size I needed and had them glazed - a perfect job. This was the fifth pair of glasses I have had over the last few years from Selectspecs, either as a fully glazed pair or reglazed, and they have all been high quality and absolutely excellent value. And I have very poor eyesight and rely heavily on my glasses. Important to know when things go even slightly wrong that the firm you're dealing with will sort things out quickly and honourably. - Well done Selectspecs!!!

Having recently purchased a new pair of glasses (frames and lenses) for an incredibly good price, I thought I would have my old glasses reglazed with the new prescription, and used as spares. Unfortunately, the quality of the reglaze was very poor indeed, with the lens not fitted correctly and looking very unsightly. I returned them for inspection and the lens was replaced. However, the quality is still not what it should be, but as they are spare glasses, are acceptable. Sadly disappointed with quality of reglaze, but pleased with customer service; very helpful and good communication. Currently awaiting refund of postage costs.

I came across Select Specs while looking for glasses. I had already purchased frames for myself and my wife and decided to give them a go. Reviews I found online seemed very positive so I sent two pairs off for reglazing. The turnaround time gave a couple of weeks which was no problem and that was beaten anyway by a few days. I must say I am totally pleased with the lenses and the workmanship. The price was more than half that in the high street stores so it is a win win for me. I am so pleased I am planning to send off another two pairs for the same again. I would highly recommend Select Specs for a quality service.

I had my designer specs reglazed and could not be happier with the quality and efficiency of the service provided. The customer service team are exceptional and the end product is of great quality alongside only costing me a fraction of what I was quoted on the high street! Highly recommended!
Finding the correct frame size to suit you requires you to know a little about the different measurements that are used. Size information is normally broken down in to arm / temple length (ranges between 120 - 150mm), bridge width (ranges between 14 - 24mm, and lens width (ranges between 40 - 62mm). We also include a frame height measurement where possible, this can vary depending on frame style.
If you require further help, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team on 03303 801 190 (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm) for further assistance.
If you have a pair of glasses that are a perfect fit, you can usually find the frame size information on the frame - usually on the arm or the bridge.
What to look for?
You will often find a variety of information on the frame, including model number, branding and frame sizing. The numbers you are looking for will be similar to this format 150 - 22 - 50 although this can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. These numbers provide the following information:-
150 - Arm / temple size (in mm), a 3 digit value normally ranging from 120 - 150.
22 - Bridge size (in mm), a 2 digit value normally ranging from 14 - 24.
50 - Lens width (in mm), a 2 digit value normally ranging from 40 - 62.
We do our best to ensure we stock all available items from all our supplied brands so if an item is not listed it may be out of stock or discontinued. If you do not see the frame size you require please contact us through our Customer Services system where we will try to assist you.
