Hi, sorry to hear about the slight delay, this was partly due to the (UK) May Day bank holiday so your order was completed just outside our normal 7-10 working day timescales. As there was no significant delay we did not feel a need to contact you.With regards to tracking, I can see you selected our free shipping method, this is an untracked shipping method, we do offer insured and FedEx as separate options, these were available to your Australian delivery address at the time of your order.
UPDATE: I've rechecked your order and note this was shipped insured with a tracking number. This would have been emailed to you.
