{"id":2945,"date":"2010-11-26T12:29:26","date_gmt":"2010-11-26T11:29:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.selectspecs.com\/blog\/?p=2945"},"modified":"2010-11-26T12:29:26","modified_gmt":"2010-11-26T11:29:26","slug":"why-dont-vampires-wear-glasses-more-often","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.selectspecs.com\/blog\/why-dont-vampires-wear-glasses-more-often\/","title":{"rendered":"Why don&#8217;t vampires wear glasses more often?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you say the word &#8220;<strong>vampire<\/strong>&#8221; these days, most folks will think of the bouffant-haired, angst-ridden teenage variety in the <strong>Twilight <\/strong>series.<\/p>\n<p>But I am talking about the more authentic scary, bloody-thirsty, number-obsessed, bespectacled kind.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2946 aligncenter\" title=\"sesame_street_count_dracula2\" src=\"https:\/\/www.selectspecs.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/sesame_street_count_dracula2-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" \/><\/p>\n<p>What person over 30 can forget <strong>The Count<\/strong> (real name Count von Count) from <strong>Sesame Street<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>The Count would count anything, and everything.
