    Frames much too small

    I have bought glasses from Select Specs two times and was really happy with the first pair that I bought, but I am not pleased with the ones that I am reviewing now. I tried them on in the shop and they did seem tight but I just thought that they could adjust them when I picked the up. When I picked them up I did say that they were tight and so they were adjusted for me, they still seemed tight but I just thought I needed to get used to them. After I had worn them for a couple of weeks and they were still tight and realise that the frames were just too small for my face, I have worn glasses nearly all my life and I have never had a pair that was clearly too small for my face, I went back to the shop again and they were adjusted again but they still look too small for my face so unfortunately I am unable to wear them. I know that I am reviewing my frames but I would also like to add that it is really inconvenient that I cant ring the shop that I bought them from directly I can only send an email or phone the central number who then ask the shop to ring me. On a positive side I am really happy with the prescription of my new glasses it just a pity that I am not able to wear them

    Fit: Too Small
