The delivery took a couple of weeks seeing as the frame I ordered was out of stock, however the process and email communication and follow-up where very effective- no complaints here. The value for money is excellent. Here in Quebec, to get photochromic lenses costs $325 easy in any brick and mortar shop excluding the frame. I paid $170 for the prescription lenses and the Ralph Lauren frame, so the savings are obvious. The only drawback is the glasses aren't adjusted so they tend to move. To correct this one can either adjust them manually in which case you run the risk of damaging your frame or have it done by a professional. I had to go to a couple of shops to have mine adjusted for free, seeing as they refused to adjust my frame since I had purchased them online! The frame needed added adjusting since one of the ear pieces was slightly bent (out of box). <br /><br /> To make an informed purchase, take the dimensions of your old glasses i.e. the length of the ear piece to the glasses, the width from nod to nod etc. These measurements will help you greatly in purchasing frames online.
