    Not too bad but no ray ban marking!

    Nice glasses a little small on the frame side but not too bad, i was gutted that when they arrived they had no ray ban on the lens though! you pay £120 and expect them to have it written some where, yes they were prescription glasses but that's irrelevant. I could have just bought normal sunglasses because id say the quality was the same id buy from new look!

    As we supplied your Ray-Ban Cockpit sunglasses with prescription sun lenses we state on our website that the original lenses are removed to replace with your personally prescribed lenses. Unfortunately, any etchings on lenses are lost. However, the original Ray-Ban sun lenses are included with your order and will be in your package, these can be inserted back in to the Ray-Ban frame if required.

    Fit: Moderately Small

    Excellent product and fantastic value for money. Very slow production times.

    My concern and frustration is the length of time orders take, I currently have a pair in production and the progress has ceased while lenses are being prepared, we are on third day now,do lenses really take that long, I think not. I have usually had my glasses from specsavers or vision express, and while admittedly more expensive, in most cases they take 1 hour, which is pretty much the norm. I understand you quote 10 working days to complete orders but im sure most people order hoping this is the exception rather than the rule, but alas it isn't. There are many reviews that mention long production times, so this review should be no surprise. Lets hope you can turn all those negatives into a positive. And finally, this is twice I've ordered from you, and the question remains, would I use you again? probably not.

    Hi, our guidelines stress 10 working days for jobs to be complete, we do not offer a 1 hour service for obvious reasons! You're previous order was within our 10 working days (please remember there was a bank holiday also).

    Looking at your current pair in production, this looks to be proceeding as normal. We're awaiting lenses to arrive with us before sending to the lab.

    We could offer a faster service but then we wouldn't be able to offer great value for money unfortunately.
