Sometimes the best style at fashion week can be found off the runway, and on the streets themselves. Street style as a genre of photography has evolved and grown across the years, since taking photos has become as quick and easy as blinking.
Within this trajectory of growth, there was a somewhat questionable moment in the history of street style when outfits became more and more wild and oftentimes less appealing.
But it seems in recent fashion seasons, outlandish style for the sake of outlandish style has taken a back seat, and given way for a new – more subtle and genuine appearance.
These images which have been in circulation from New York and London ’17 fashion weeks show a wide range of chic looks, including some great choices in eyewear.
People are dressing to impress on the streets, whether on the way to a show, or simply a passer-by who knows where the photographers are. The style bar has certainly been set high.
We will take you through some of the most memorable looks from the streets of New York and London.
Leandra Medine aka. Man Repeller

Leandra proved you don’t have to be on the runway to display great style.
