2. They Exercise Regularly

We’re not necessarily talking going to the gym and doing an intense workout every single day.

5. They Sleep Eight Hours A Night

We all know how important sleep is for our health.

The recommended amount of sleep you should try and get each night is around eight hours, and if you manage to achieve this your body will thank you for it.

Your body repairs itself whilst you sleep and also prepares you mentally for another busy day.

Studies have found that those who sleep between 7 and 8 hours a night are more productive at work and experience fewer illnesses and diseases in their lifetime.
