Explore Germany: Travel Guide

Money can’t buy happiness, but you can buy a plane ticket and that pretty much the same thing. If you were ever in doubt about whether to travel or not, I suggest you just make time and won’t regret it.

Germany is one of my favourite countries I have visited so far. I planned a trip 5 months ago.

For traveling, it is key to look for cheap flights in advance. If you have a low budget, don’t fret because Germany is not that expensive.

A nice small town to make you fall in love with German culture. For some peace and quiet, it’s worth a visit. You can visit Oldernburg castle and have some quality time downtown.

There are lots of restaurants, cafes and people hanging about drinking beer.

Bremen is located in North Germany; a spot definitely worth exploring. The picture above is a famous cathedral in market square.

This market is very popular and crowded during summer days. Full of history and nice architecture, the small streets around the city feel maze-like.

Make time to stop by and take a picture at the “Town Musicians” statue.

Hamburg is the second largest city in Germany. A very cosmopolitan city with a good vibes and picturesque places to see.

Hamburg has the second busiest port in Europe, and it is a real tourist attraction. The harbor is surrounded by cafes and nice places to stop & chill.

It is an energetic city, people are constantly on the move. You can take a walk, a cruise on the river or go to a fish market.

Hamburg comes along with more surprises. Make time to visit Miniatur Wunderland: the largest model railway system in the world.

It has 930 trains, 3660 buildings and bridges. Everything is computer controlled, and it’s amazing how much work went behind all of this.

You can see a small airport, the Amalfi coast or Icelandic landscape and ice.

Germany is known for sausage, beer, and heaps of vegan food. But really, you can find any type of cuisine.

From Italian to Greek food or Japanese. Even better, they like to have breakfast in town. Grab a sandwich, croissant and coffee, and you are ready to go.

A nice plate with shrimp for dinner is perfect if you love fish and sea food. Explore their food culture and enjoy every restaurant.

Treat yourself to a delicious meal.
