A famous Finnish racing driver who is currently driving for Ferrari in Formula One has decided to return from retirement and he did it with style, if we may add. Teaming up a need for speed with a pair of high quality sunglasses isn’t anything new and it’s kind of logical if you think about it.
The fact racing is a sport in where wearing of sunglasses is both very desirable and highly recommendable, so it’s not surprise that many famous drivers have the entire collections of the appropriate sunnies.
The important thing though is that the sunglasses are made of cutting-edge materials with a design that is also comfortable while wearing them. And this is something that Kimi has apparently found in Oakley sport sunglasses.
He was recently spotted out while looking on during previews to the Bahrain Formula One Grand Prix at Bahrain International Circuit, wearing a pair of shades with a recognizable Oakley’s logo.
He couldn’t even resist wearing them indoors while talking to his teammate, Sebastian Vettel, before the start of the Australian Formula One Grand Prix at Albert Park in Melbourne, which was captured by the camera of a tireless photographer.
And the proof that Oakley has given their sponsorship wisely lies here. Kimi was caught while taking a casual stroll across the paddock and listening to music during the Formula One Grand Prix of China at Shanghai International Circuit on April 12, 2015. Why indulge the merciless sun when you can put on a pair of these, right?
Summer is almost here, and many casual weekend-trips are just ahead of us. Now would be a perfect time to make your driving experience unforgettable. Just picture this: the windows on your car are lowered, you’re feeling the wind in your hair and you’re wearing a pair of Oakley’s finest sunglasses, feeling like you’re Kimi Räikkönen…
