If you haven’t heard of Tom Ford, where have you been?!

He is a well-known fashion designer, hailing from Austin, Texas. Ford initially began his design career as an intern for the high-end brand, Chloé.

His first paid position was working for designer Cathy Hardwick as a design assistant for a short time. In the early 1990’s, he began working for Gucci, eventually becoming the new Creative Director of the brand. In 2006, Ford launched his very own high fashion collection and has been doing so ever since.

He has also had the privilege of styling some very recognisable faces, such as Beyoncé, Will Smith, Johnny Depp and Michelle Obama.

Typically, Ford has shown his work at various fashion week events in past years including London and New York.

He showcased his latest Autumn/Winter menswear collection at the Men’s New York Fashion Week this season.
