Back in March, we shared with you the behind the scenes<\/a> of Jared Leto fronting Carrera’s 2016 eyewear campaign for their new, revolutionary ‘Maverick’ collection. And now we have the finished #Maverick movie to show you, as well as some newly landed sunglasses from the collection, ready to shop right here at Select Specs!<\/p>\n

The campaign was launched this year to celebrate the brand’s 60th birthday and was built around the exact essence of their brand name; being different, being unique and being a maverick. Jared Leto joined the label\u00a0in their search of special, influential and\u00a0#OutThere Characters.<\/p>\n

These people had to stand out from the crowd, they had to dance to their own agenda, and they had to be creatively blessed – or in the brand’s on words:<\/p>\n

People who are fearless enough to go their own way. Brave enough to make it happen. Some say they are geniuses.\u00a0We call them The Mavericks.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Well the search is finally over and actor \/ singer Jared has been a huge part of the process. The finished\u00a0#Maverick is now available to watch and it stars some amazing up and coming talents including Los Angeles mural artist Kiptoe, parkour runner Danee\u00a0Marmolejo, and musical artist\u00a0Siaira Shawn.<\/p>\n
