Sonic sunglasses fans \u00a0– wait, are there any? After such controversy for Series 9, perhaps there aren’t any lovers, only haters. Last season saw fans signing a petition to rid\u00a0these sonic shades and to bring back the sonic screwdriver which they had replaced.<\/p>\n

In the end, as it turned out, the TARDIS did<\/em> create a new Screwdriver for the\u00a0Twelfth Doctor (phew) but the sunglasses –\u00a0they stuck around like a bad small, or a clingy ex. And to the further\u00a0displeasure of petitioners, it seemed that these Ray-Ban shades were just impossible to shake. Even after being snapped in half by Odin and after disappearing\u00a0in the TARDIS, they still managed to get replaced someway, somehow.<\/p>\n

So it would probably not be all that surprising to see them again in Series 10…<\/p>\n
