Louis Vuitton is a French luxury design company, based in Paris. The brand is known for their trademark branded handbags, which are extremely popular all around the world. It all began for Louis Vuitton back in 1854, when the brand was initially created. Originally, they started to produce luggage that was easy to carry and could be stacked well. By the early 1910’s, the brand had gone global, with stores launching in cities such as London, New York and Buenos Aires. Eventually, Vuitton moved onto newer projects with the creation of accessories such as purses, wallets and bags. In 1997, designer Marc Jacobs became the new creative director of Louis Vuitton, introducing ready-to-wear clothing to their consumers. The company have collaborated with other creatives for exciting projects in the past, including the likes of Stephen Sprouse and Takashi Murakami.
