The 77th edition of the Golden Globe Awards was held on the evening of the 5th January 2020 at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California. Hosted by British comedian Ricky Gervais, the event honoured the best in film and television in the past year. Many A-list stars were up for awards on the night including the likes of Christian Bale, Saoirse Ronan and Margot Robbie. Several films were awarded gongs such as ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’, ‘1917’ and ‘Missing Link’.
