Depending on the time of year, some evenings can get a bit chilly, especially if there is a bit of wind.

Make sure you have enough sun protection for your trip.
Just some sunscreen is not enough.

Whereas you may indeed end up spending your whole day on the yacht, if you do choose to alight somewhere for a meal, especially if that meal is at a more formal place, you may need a bit more than a bikini and coverup to be appropriately dressed.
Pack in a simple dress and a good pair of earrings and you will be ready for the occasion should it arise.
