Baywatch is back! That’s right, the classic 90’s show featuring the Hoff and Pamela Anderson is set to hit the big screen next year as a full length movie, only this time it will star actors Zac Efron as Matt Brody and Dwayne Johnson as Lt. Mitch Buchannon. The big question is, will there be any slow motion beach running? We don’t know, but we can’t wait to find out.
What we do know is that both characters will be sporting some seriously styling shades on screen.
This week, we got a sneak peek at the filming of the Baywatch movie as both Zac Efron and Dwayne Johnson shared Instagram snaps straight from the set. It looks like the red swimsuits have been replaced by something a little less revealing, but both Zac and Dwayne completed their lifeguard ensemble with a pair of cool aviator shades.

Zac Efron shared this amazing photo of him and Dwayne Johnson looking as cool as cucumbers on the first day of filming the Baywatch movie and we couldn’t help noticing that Zac’s sunglasses looked very familiar. In fact, they’re the Ray Ban RB3136 Caravan aviator sunglasses.

Dwayne Johnson’s Mirrored Shades
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson will be playing the part of Lt. Mitch Buchannon in the film, the part that was originally played by David Hasslehoff back in the day. And it looks like Dwayne has been doing his research, as he seems to have taken style inspiration from his predecessor. While the Hoff often wore a pair of classic black aviators on duty, Dwayne has opted for a similar style, but in a different colour. His sunglasses feature simple aviator-style frames with flashy mirrored lenses.
We’re not sure what brand of shades The Rock is wearing, but you can get a similar look with the Ray Ban RB3025 aviator sunglasses which feature gold frames and yellow mirrored lenses.
