I bought a pair of glasses from Specsavers recently which cost me £79. All I had done was thinning of the lenses and anti scratch etc. The ones I bought from SelectSpecs cost me a little over £37. I had them thinned, got anti scratch coating etc and also had them tinted. The tinting was done for free. The glasses will tint even when indoors if the sun is bright. I have a narrow face so I was worried that they might look too big, however, they are perfect. They suit my face better than the rectangular style I used to wear before. If you have a narrow, smallish face like me , I think these glasses will suit you. They are slightly more rounded at the bottom compared to my other pair which I prefer as the lines are less harsh. They look a lot more expensive than the ones I got from the opticians and are my favourite pair now. They took a couple of weeks to be delivered but were well worth the wait. The only slight criticism I have is that there were not enough pictures of the glasses from different angles. Perhaps Selectspecs could put the glasses on faces of dummies (or models) with different shaped faces so we can make a more informed judgement when buying.

Finding the correct frame size to suit you requires you to know a little about the different measurements that are used. Size information is normally broken down in to arm / temple length (ranges between 120 - 150mm), bridge width (ranges between 14 - 24mm, and lens width (ranges between 40 - 62mm).
