Third try lucky! I had an unusual run of misfortune with these specs! order number 1: I gave the wrong prescription! they arrived after three weeks but were useless. Selectspecs very kindly agreed to make them again with no cost incurred! (Thanks guys you rock!) Attempt number 2: It took a long time this time round. They told me they had a lab refurb in progress and it had impacted my order. I agreed to be patient! three weeks later my order went from "in the glazing lab" to "quality control" I got excited as they finally went to quality control and then order completed and shipped! I tracked the parcel. It vanished at the very first sorting office. :( . Selectspecs then launched an investigation which took another 2 weeks or so. Once they confirmed the package was indeed lost in the post, (after chasing via phone and slow email support) they then made me download, print and fill out a "parcel undelivered" form which I then had to pay to be sent back to them. (that sucked guys) I couldn't understand why me the customer had to do this when they clearly knew the package was lost. I called a week later to confirm they had received the form but they couldn't locate it. However.... the nice customer care girl said she would just go ahead and have them get made a third time anyway! yay! finally on Sat 11th May 2019 (yesterday) they arrived! . I can not slate the final product! they are high quality and very useful. It took some getting used to using my first ever varifocal pair but it wasnt long before my brain adjusted and everything was clear and ship shape! My experience was: low cost..... a run of bad luck.... major wait.... but finally received high quality product. i doubt you will have the same issues! go for it! Select specs rock!
