Just received my new pair of specs, they are perfect in all aspects. The fit is bang on, the focus prescription is perfect. Very pleased with the cost and the turn around time from date of ordered and delivery day. Have to be honest I was really skeptical about ordering specs online without trying them on as you would in a high opticians. Thank you Selectspecs

Great style and quality frame

I'd recommend this product

I like the frame, it is a good fir and style for me and size, mostly. The only problem is that t is a bit loose on the ears and easy to fall off and I can't just take it to the high street optican to mend because it is not their product. That's the main problem with online suppliers. In general, this is the main problem with online glasses. It is why still have to fork out loads of money to have varifocals made on high street as it is just impossible to have something that requires precise measurments done online. But it is good for my separate single-vision distance/computer/readers or top-up glasses to go over the contacts (either for extra distance or extra near).

Wrong prescription

Fit - As Expected

After waiting extra time for delivery., when I received the glasses i am unable to wear them as the prescription is completely wrong g and actually makes my vision worse. The left eye I can't see anything and my right is blurry. I would like to request either a full refund or replacement glasses.

I was unsure about purchasing Glasses online, but need not have worried. The frames and lenses are fantastic and as good if not better than the high street opticians I have used in the past. the only recommendation I would give is to be sure you understand your prescription so that you can fill the form here correctly. Other than that I most certainly will be using again as the cost and quality of service is fantastic.

I love spring hinges (which stop lenses from cracking and arm hinges losing screws), and in these frames I like the thickness isn't too bulky. Going to buy a 2nd pair as I really don't like the blue filter (amazing how much you miss blue once it's gone).

Great glasses, but be prepared to wait

I'd recommend this product

Make a change to a saved prescription then use it and the numbers are not saved - the sale goes through with zeros in the prescription. You then have to email the right numbers. Two weeks later you then push them to look at the email and in around four weeks the glasses may appear - what used to be a one week turn around seems to take over a month now.
