    I'd recommend this product

    Functionally deficient

    These glasses replaced an earlier pair of which the frames failed under warranty. You could not replace the broken frames like-for-like using the original lenses because the frames were no longer available. The lenses of those glasses were fine, as you made the reading area larger at my request, and I asked you to do the same with the replacement ones. However you failed to do so, and consequently I find that In the new glasses the reading area is too small. As I do a lot of reading, this is inconvenient, and I have reverted to using off-the-shelf glasses from Poundland for reading.
