    Ineffective Prescription Varifocals

    The frame is fine, no complaints, arrived promptly (without the clip which was sent quickly upon reporting it missing); the problem is with the lenses, I used a high street optician to get my prescription and ordered both reading and distance specs from them at the same time as ordering the varifocal from selectspecs,very disappointed to find that the varifocal sent to me was ineffective at improving either my distance or reading vision, further there seemed to be no difference in performance between them, both parts were equally ineffective, at over £200 this is an expensive lesson, under £50 you can kind of accept it at a pinch, however at the same cost as the high street opticians specs it has left me very disappointed and i will not be a repeat customer, i am afraid this did not deliver what i had been promised and was an expensive mistake, sitting unusable in a drawer gathering dust

    Fit: As Expected

    Exceptional ProDesign glasses

    Firstly, I do love the Scandinavian design of ProDesign Eyewear, as a company. These specific frames are lightweight (even more so than I could have imagined), though not flimsy. I feel these frames are unisex and timeless. This purchase is used by me (a female) for my reading eyewear. This makes the 4th ProDesign prescription Eye Wear purchase for self, as I have only needed glasses of any sort for under five year duration. I decided on the optional Super Thin 1.61 Index lens with this frame, which I am most pleased with.
