Having recently discovered that I needed glasses, I duly visited a high street shop to get a pair. Within 1 month they had broken along the arm and were looking very sorry for themselves. As I was at this point skint I began to research other options online and came across a few reviews for SelectSpecs, having looked at the website i was initially skeptical at the price- surely they would be rubbish quality- but being in dire need I ordered a cheap pair anyway. Well.. I was shocked by the speed or ordering, the customer support I received was excellent online and over the phone. The glasses arrived on time and in perfect condition. They fit perfectly and look amazing. Definitely ordering from here again.
Fit - True to Size I'd recommend this product

So I am the Client who was assessed by two different high street opticians in one week distance interval and given two different prescriptions. And the readings do not suggest that my eyesight dropped down, they were just different, let's blame the Calibration!
Who to turn to for a solution? Also, I needed ASAP the glasses.
SelectSpecs proved its outstanding class service by:
- Asking additional questions -they suggested I should have a new assessment, as they also observed the prescriptions were so different. Very impressed as they don't just take your order and make glasses, they make sure it is the right order!
- Being my 6th order with this company during the past three years, I can acknowledge the Value / Price Ratio as being one of the best in the market.
To make your own glasses - just select from the drop down menus on their site anything you'd like your glasses to have: frames (excellent prices btw), lenses, additional features and coatings, expert medical advice, etc. And you can always refer back to your order, to improve it, change it or keep it as part of your medical history. You can make use of a 'Virtual Dispenser Guide' and lots of advice on how to order, how to improve your eye-health+ they are ready to assess you, just visit their store in Kent.
SelectSpecs accepted to reglaze my first order, based on the newest prescription, all under the same initial cost; I just had to send my pair of glasses back in the 14-day interval specified in their Terms and Conditions. No fuss about it, no delays!
-Patience and dedicated Customer Service- they attached the same person to liaise with me from the beginning to the end of the order, who had a positive attitude all the way, trying to make things right and nonjudgmental.
- Excellent communication by phone, email, post; traceability of past orders +medical history+ prescription details - everything made easy!
- Empathy - Despite it's an online service, I felt cared for as if they were next to me, proved to be highly flexible and professional people!
I don't have enough words to thank them!

Finding the correct frame size to suit you requires you to know a little about the different measurements that are used. Size information is normally broken down in to arm / temple length (ranges between 120 - 150mm), bridge width (ranges between 14 - 24mm, and lens width (ranges between 40 - 62mm). We also include a frame height measurement where possible, this can vary depending on frame style.
If you require further help, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team on 0330 165 6900 (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm) for further assistance.
If you have a pair of glasses that are a perfect fit, you can usually find the frame size information on the frame - usually on the arm or the bridge.
What to look for?
You will often find a variety of information on the frame, including model number, branding and frame sizing. The numbers you are looking for will be similar to this format 150 - 22 - 50 although this can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. These numbers provide the following information:-
150 - Arm / temple size (in mm), a 3 digit value normally ranging from 120 - 150.
22 - Bridge size (in mm), a 2 digit value normally ranging from 14 - 24.
50 - Lens width (in mm), a 2 digit value normally ranging from 40 - 62.
We do our best to ensure we stock all available items from all our supplied brands so if an item is not listed it may be out of stock or discontinued. If you do not see the frame size you require please contact us through our Customer Services system where we will try to assist you.
