i tried this company on a one off, having read reviews prior to ordering things seemed okayish, however my order arrived 28 days after ordering not the recommended 7-10 days, after several phone calls and emails gone unanswered, i have requested a refund for the express delivery i paid for but never received and still not received a refund two weeks later.
Fit - As expected I'd recommend this product

I finally received my glasses after waiting three weeks. I have been looking forward to these glasses because they are my very first pair of Tiffany glasses. The frames are very cute but when I received them the arm is a bit bent and therefore they are very crooked on my face! I'm soo upset because I really wanted to be able to wear these glasses and I just cannot with how crooked they are. I'm hoping I can take them to a local eye glass store and they can fix them but I don't know if I can since I didn't purchase them with the company. I'm very diaaapointed only because
I waited for a while to receive my glasses and now they are not wearable. I do want to say the frames are adorable and well made. Very classic as always for Tiffany and company. I just really wish I could wear my glasses :(
Fit - As expected I'd recommend this product

Finding the correct frame size to suit you requires you to know a little about the different measurements that are used. Size information is normally broken down in to arm / temple length (ranges between 120 - 150mm), bridge width (ranges between 14 - 24mm, and lens width (ranges between 40 - 62mm). We also include a frame height measurement where possible, this can vary depending on frame style.

If you have a pair of glasses that are a perfect fit, you can usually find the frame size information on the frame - usually on the arm or the bridge.
What to look for?
You will often find a variety of information on the frame, including model number, branding and frame sizing. The numbers you are looking for will be similar to this format 150 - 22 - 50 although this can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. These numbers provide the following information:-
150 - Arm / temple size (in mm), a 3 digit value normally ranging from 120 - 150.
22 - Bridge size (in mm), a 2 digit value normally ranging from 14 - 24.
50 - Lens width (in mm), a 2 digit value normally ranging from 40 - 62.
We do our best to ensure we stock all available items from all our supplied brands so if an item is not listed it may be out of stock or discontinued. If you do not see the frame size you require please contact us through our Customer Services system where we will try to assist you.

Hi, I have taken a look at your order and note that you have a high prescription, as per our production timescales this can extend production times to over our normal 7-10 working days. In addition, the lenses we received for your order had to be replaced due to poor quality, this delayed your order slightly as a result - had this issue of not occurred your order would have been completed within our stated timescales.
I do note that the free delivery option was selected (please see your order confirmation), this is normally up to 10 business days delivery (we cannot provide a refund for free delivery), but I can confirm we upgraded the delivery for you free of charge to Tracked 24 - This was delivered within expected timescales.
