Poor quality.

Broke within a month. Select specs expected me to go without glasses for 2 weeks while they investigated a screw falling out.

SelectSpecs.com says...
Hi, unfortunately as the fault is with the Univo branded frame and it's still under warranty, you will need to return the frame to us so we can replace the frame for you. We have sent you a prepaid RMA so we can resolve this for you - as we have the frame in stock, it will take less than the 2 weeks you have suggested to resolve.

Great for casual and slightly geeky look.

Glasses arrives safe and sound and looks amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone who likes a slight geeky/hipster look or just Q cosplayers.

Look at me! I'm Ben Whishaw!!!

I along with many others obviously bought these frames because they liked the look of them on the actor Ben Whishaw who plays Q in the latest James Bond movies. I was prepared to pay $500 for these glasses and when I found them at Selectspecs for closer to $50, I was amazed. I ordered them right away and have been highly pleased with them ever since. They look great on me. I get a lot of compliments on them from university girls in the town I live in. And as an added bonus I can actually see just as well out of them just as well as any of the $500+ glasses I've bought from my optician before (never again)! How much do I like them? - On a recent trip to California I went into the Ocean around Venice Beach and after turning around to make sure my backpack wasn't being stolen a wave hit me from behind and knocked my glasses into the water and they were gone forever (the water isn't clear in California like it is in the Caribbean). But I can't live without these glasses and ordered a new pair right away and just got them. That's how much I like them.

Help with frame sizes

Finding the correct frame size to suit you requires you to know a little about the different measurements that are used.  Size information is normally broken down in to arm / temple length (ranges between 120 - 150mm), bridge width (ranges between 14 - 24mm, and lens width (ranges between 40 - 62mm).  We also include a frame height measurement where possible, this can vary depending on frame style.

If you require further help, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team on 03303 801 190 (Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm) for further assistance.

I already have glasses, how do I find out their size?

If you have a pair of glasses that are a perfect fit, you can usually find the frame size information on the frame - usually on the arm or the bridge.
