- I ordered the more expensive varifocal lenses and they are very good indeed. Previous lenses made me feel quite seasick but these are much better. I can now wear them all day if needs be.
- They are quite lightweight and stay on well
- They are very unobtrusive on the face
- The clip-on sunglasses are polarised so really good with wet roads and water. I've been nervous of them coming off having read reviews but so far they haven't, even up on deck on a windy day.
- Having sunglasses with the advanced varifocal lenses is a great luxury that I'd never have bought separately.
- There are domed lock nuts on the frame nuts which helps stop them loosening
- The bolts on one lens kept loosening at first and I was nervous about tightening too far but I seem to have got it right now.
- The clip on sunglasses are a bit clunky to look at as they sit 3-4mm forward of the lenses

Purchased my rimless specs in July 2013. Five days before the warranty was due to expire in 2014 one lens broke at the joint of the nose bridge. I was on a river boat at the time and one half fell into the water. I contacted SelectSpecs to purchase a replacement pair but they said they would replace them free of charge under their warranty.
Brilliant, I now have my vision back. Thank you SelectSpecs for your honourable and prompt action. You have won a customer for life.

Unfortunately they broke in less than a month. I may have been unlucky. However when i contacted selectspecs the customer service was fantastic and have ordered me a new pair of similar value, within a couple of days / emails. Great service.

All prescription glasses are made to an incredibly high standard in one of our labs. Find out more here.
Finding the correct frame size to suit you requires you to know a little about the different measurements that are used. Size information is normally broken down in to arm / temple length (ranges between 120 - 150mm), bridge width (ranges between 14 - 24mm, and lens width (ranges between 40 - 62mm). We also include a frame height measurement where possible, this can vary depending on frame style.
