Failure to Deliver
In rare occasions, it's possible that our delivery partners may fail to deliver your item within the expected timescales detailed in the 'Our Express Service Options' tables above, if this is the case then we will provide a refund and only charge the standard delivery rate of $6.40 for delivery.

*For our UK Express Service - If the '2-Day' service was selected we will provide a refund of $6.45. If the 'Next Day' service was selected we will provide a refund of $11.83. If the 'Next Day before 1pm' service was selected we will provide a refund of $21.45.

**For our EU Express Service - If the '2-3 Day' service was selected we will provide a refund of $9.73. If the 'Next Day' service was selected we will provide a refund of $19.40.

Expected Delivery Timescales
Please do note that while we expect orders to arrive within the timescales advised in the table above (taking in to consideration any UK or EU public holiday periods), it is possible that delays can occur.

*For UK orders please allow 2-3 days for delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 48, and 1-2 days for delivery with Royal Mail Tracked 24.
