Amalfi Coast: The Packing Guide

If you’re headed to Amalfi Coast this summer, I am jealous. If you’re looking for a place with charm, activities, and a price range that goes from budget to luxury, this is the place for you.

You’ll get a taste of the ocean, beautifully winding roads, incredible restaurants, hotels, and picturesque views everywhere you go.

What is not to love?

As you prepare for your trip to one of Italy’s incredible coastlines, here are a few items you don’t want to forget to pack.

If its not in the ocean, then it will be a swimming pool.

You can’t, or rather shouldn’t, miss the opportunity to swim away the summer heat.

Perhaps you could rent out a speedboat and take a ride along the coast to view the coastline from a different angle.

With such a beautiful water mass, can you resist?

If the ocean is not your cup of tea, many of Amalfi Coast’s amazing hotels have equally incredible swimming pools.

Take the opportunity to relax and cool down.

Here are a few stylish swim suits that you can pack for your trip – if the cool waters don’t tempt you, maybe these gorgeous swimsuits will.

Just remember one thing when you choose your swimsuit: tanlines.

Essential Accessories

One of the joys of holiday outfits are the accessories.

Not only will you need a camera, be that your phone, a DSLR, instant cameras or a digital camera, but you could have fun with some scarves, headgear and don’t forget sunglasses.

For this trip, pack a pair of Chopard SCHC42S 23 kt Gold Plated sunglasses.

Its always time for a dress.

Make sure you pack a few for your evening plans.

They don’t have to be super formal, just something elegant yet summery.

Go more subtle so that you’re comfortable as well.

If you plan to visit some of the more formal restaurants, be it day or night, you may want to upgrade one or two of the dresses for the occasion.

Here are a few options to get your creative juices flowing:

LBD Jenna Strapless Floral Midi Dress, Kendra Scott Aubrey Stacking Bracelet, White Dial Rose Gold Watch by Olivia Burton, City Chic Summer Lace Dress, City Chic Blue Bloom Dress, Bing Bang Nyc 14K Yellow Gold Pineapple Stud Earrings

Of course there is a limit to how much you can take, or there is – right?

Prioritize things that you will absolutely need.

You’re on holiday, so don’t worry about having a variety of accessories and different shoes with every outfit.

Go with comfort and convenience first – you’ll enjoy your holiday just as much, if not more.

If you are going in summer, the sunglasses and summer hat, along with some sunscreen, should definitely fall under “Priority.”
