great service and product

I live in Perth and I was not sure at the beginning about the shipping because it shipped from outside Australia (could be Hongkong or UK) and I waited for almost 2 months. I complained to the customer service by email and they resend my order. One week later, my order was delivered, and a month later my replacement order was delivered. I am so appreciated by the service because they maintain customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this website but you need to be very patient about the delivery.

Impressed!!

I must admit that on ordering my glasses, I wondered if they'd even arrive and if so, what I'd get in return for my $14 (AUD) + $11 postage. To my amazement, the glasses I'd ordered are terrific. I ordered them so I'd have a spare pair, having just gotten new glasses. I'd be happy if they were my first pair. I'm really thrilled that my glasses exceeded all expectations. A friend asked where I got them, so I gave him the link. Thanks very much guys!.
