Giorgio Armani is arguably one of the greatest designers of all time.
Armani’s first gig in the fashion industry was in 1957, when he managed to find a job as a window dresser at a store in Milan.
His next job title was as a menswear designer at Nino Cerruti several years later.
He also opted to work as a freelancer for a short time, creating designs for brands including the likes of Hilton, Montedero and Sicons.
Giorgio created his own self-titled fashion brand in 1975, where he began designing both mens and womenswear.
He eventually moved on to the design of childrenswear, swimwear, underwear and accessories, just to name a few.
Previously, Armani has shown collections at London Fashion Week.
He exhibited his latest Fall/Winter ’18 collection at Milan Fashion Week this season.
